Allison ~ 17 weeks pregnant during her first pregnancy
About Me.
I’m Allison Hesberg, a registered dietitian specializing in grief informed, functional nutrition care. After experiencing two pregnancy losses, the death of my father at age 28, and recovery from hypothalamic amenorrhea, I realized how few spaces exist for women to feel supported — not just emotionally, but physically — during times of profound change.
My practice was born from that need: to help women restore their hormonal and metabolic health after loss or life transitions, and to feel safe and whole in their bodies again. I use a blend of functional nutrition, therapeutic rituals, and emotionally attuned support to guide women through their healing process and life transitions.
Whether you’re navigating a miscarriage, the loss of a loved one, or a shift in identity that’s left you feeling unmoored — you deserve care that honors both your biochemistry and your lived experience. That’s what I’m here for.
If parts of my story resonate with you, I’d be honored to support you.

Two Pregnancy Losses - First loss of a baby boy named Elias at 19 weeks and the second loss of a baby at 8 weeks.
Loss of loved ones - I’ve lost many loved ones in my life, the loss of my father to cancer in 2024 was the most transformative
