These Balancing Bites contain:

  • Vitamin C --> reduce inflammation in uterine lining and ovaries

  • Iron & Zinc --> rebuild blood cells and strengthen immune system

  • Magnesium --> Calm and tone the nervous system

  • Prydoxine (Vit B 6) --> support hormone production

Recipe:

  • 115 g ground sunflower seeds*

  • 90 g Pumpkin seeds*

  • 160 g Almond Butter

  • 90 g tahini

  • 40 g carob powder or cacao

  • 70 g collagen

  • 135 g oatmeal

  • 40 vitamin C tablets**

Basically just mix it all together in a food processor, it's not complicated

* either buy ground or ground them yourself in a coffee/spice grinder

** I use life extension vitamin c with quercetin
